Alejandro started in sales doing the work most people avoid: cold calling, taking rejection, and learning firsthand what turns a conversation into revenue. He went on to build and lead remote SDR teams in Colombia supporting U.S. companies, owning the entire operation: hiring, training, compensation, QA, and process design. He saw the same pattern on every engagement. Outbound programs don't fail because the phone stopped working. They fail because nobody built the system behind it.

A hard cap of 5 clients per SDR

Not a guideline. A cap. It's the structural reason your SDR actually knows your industry, your objections, and your buyer.

Process over heroics

Scripts, qualification gates, QA, and weekly optimization. Results come from the system, not from hoping you got a "good rep."

One flat price

$4,995 a month, everything included. Pricing you can plan around, with no incentive for us to book junk meetings.
